Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Daily Agent, sold by Midwest Marketing Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Product License

When you purchase Daily Agent, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the source code for yourself or your business.

You may:

• Deploy and run the application for personal or business use
• Modify the source code to fit your needs
• Rebrand the application for your own deployment
• Run it for your own users or team

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
• Share the source code with anyone who has not purchased a license
• Create a competing product based on the source code and sell it

2. Payment & Delivery

• Daily Agent is a one-time purchase of $50 USD.
• All billing is processed through Stripe on behalf of Midwest Marketing Group LLC.
• After payment, you will receive a download link via email.
• Lifetime updates are included — you will receive download links when new versions are released.

3. Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with the product, contact us at support@dailyagent.dev and we will work with you to resolve them.

4. Self-Hosted Product

Daily Agent is a self-hosted application. You are responsible for:

• Your own hosting, database, and deployment
• Your own API keys and associated costs (AI providers, Tavily, etc.)
• Securing your deployment and user data
• Complying with applicable laws regarding data your users generate

We do not have access to your deployed instance or your users' data.

5. No Warranty

The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Midwest Marketing Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
