Midwest Marketing Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Daily Agent website and sells the Daily Agent source code product. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you purchase Daily Agent, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and transaction details. We do not store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data securely.
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use this site (page views, referral sources). We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.
If you contact us at support@dailyagent.dev, we retain the email conversation to provide support.
Daily Agent is a self-hosted product. Once you deploy it, all your data — conversations, tasks, habits, journal entries, API keys — lives in your own Supabase database. We have no access to your instance, your users' data, or your AI provider API keys.
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information.
We retain purchase records and email communications as long as needed to provide the product and support. You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@dailyagent.dev.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
